Thanks for using MyFloor Mobile Application (the Application). These terms of service (the Terms) cover your use and access to our software (the Services). Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. By using our Services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our Services for an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organization.

The shear at interface, the deflection and the natural frequency are not part of any calculation within the Application.

  1. Access to the Application

    It is your responsibility to ensure your computer or mobile device meets all the necessary technical specifications to enable you to access and use the Application.

  2. Operation of the Application

    We cannot guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operability of the Application. There may be times when all, or certain features, parts or content, of the Application becomes unavailable (whether on a scheduled or unscheduled basis) or are modified, suspended or withdrawn by us, in our sole discretion, without notice to you. You agree that we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any unavailability, modification, suspension or withdrawal of any the Application, or any features, parts or any content of the Application.

  3. What you are allowed to do

    You may only use the Application for your own internal business use and only in accordance with these terms. Subject to the following sections, you may retrieve and display content from the Application on a computer or mobile device.

  4. What you are not allowed to do

    Except to the extent expressly set out in these terms, you are not allowed to:

    • create (whether for yourself or someone else) any product, application or service which seeks to provide the same or similar functionalities as the Application;
    • republish, redistribute or re-transmit the Application;
    • copy or store the Application other than for your own personal non-commercial use and as may occur incidentally in the normal course of use of your mobile device;
    • store the Application on a server or other storage device connected to a network or create a database by systematically downloading and storing any data from the Application;
    • remove or change any content of the Application or attempt to circumvent security or interfere with the proper working of the Application or any servers on which it is hosted; or
    • otherwise do anything that it is not expressly permitted by these Terms.

    You must only use the Application and anything available through use of the Application for lawful purposes, complying with all applicable laws and regulations, in a responsible manner and not in a way that might damage our name or reputation or that of any of our associates or affiliates.

    All rights granted to you under these Terms shall terminate immediately in the event that you are in breach of any of them.

  5. Intellectual property rights

    All intellectual property rights in the Application and in any content of the Application (including text, graphics, software, photographs and other images, videos, sound, trademarks and logos) are owned by us or our licensors. Nothing in these terms gives you any rights in any intellectual property owned by us or our licensors and you acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or using the Application. In the event you print off, copy or store the Application as permitted by these Terms, you must ensure that any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right notices contained in the original content are reproduced.

  6. Content and its intended use

    We may change the format and content of the Application from time to time. You agree that your use of the Application is on an “as is” and “as available” basis and at your sole risk. While we endeavor to make sure that all information contained in the Application, other than any user-generated content, is correct, it is not intended to amount to authority or advice on which reliance should be placed.

    The Application is not intended to:

    • constitute or form the basis of any advice, or recommendation, professional or otherwise;
    • replace any of your own calculations;
    • be used in, or in relation to:
      • any purchase or use of the products and services depicted in the Application;
      • the design, fabrication, construction or repair of any structure or facility or in connection with which any depicted product or service may be used;

  7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These terms are governed by the Laws of Belgium. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms are referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Brussels, Belgium.

  8. Entire Agreement

    These Terms constitute the entire agreement with respect to the subject matter of these Terms, and supersede and replace any other prior or contemporaneous agreements, or terms and conditions applicable to the subject matter of these Terms. These Terms create no third party beneficiary rights.

  9. Your personal information

    Use of your personal information submitted to us (whether via our website or otherwise) is governed by our Privacy Policy.
